Motorists are being warned their journeys could be disrupted as parts of two roads are temporarily closed with traffic diverted for "emergency works".
Essex and Suffolk Water is currently carrying out the emergency works on two sections of roads in Lowestoft.
Road closures and diversion routes are in force for the works that began on Thursday afternoon (December 22) and are due to continue until 11.59pm on December 29.
According to the Suffolk Roadworks map "delays are likely" as the work is carried out on the A1144 St Peters Street and Burton Street in Lowestoft.
It states the "utility repair and maintenance works" on Burton Street and St Peters Street are under way with road closures in force.
Travellers using First Eastern Counties Buses are being warned of the temporary closures.
A post on the First bus Twitter page said: "We have a closure of St Peters Street, Lowestoft due to a burst water main and our 105 and 122 services will be diverted via Church Road and Rotterdam Road in both directions.
"We apologise for the inconvenience to your journey."
