A Makita drill, an angle grinder, a vacuum and clamps were among numerous tools stolen as vans were targeted in thefts.
Two vans parked outside a home on Station Road in Lowestoft were targeted during overnight thefts from vehicles.
Police are seeking information and are appealing for witnesses after tools were stolen from two vehicles.
A police spokesman said: "Entry was gained to the locked vans at some time between 6pm on Monday, April 1 and 1am on Tuesday, April 2.
"A quantity of tools, including a Makita drill, an angle grinder, a vacuum, and clips/clamps were stolen."
Information about the thefts should be directed to Suffolk police quoting crime reference number 37/18182/24 via 101.
