The future is uncertain for a Lowestoft electrical goods depot as dozens of people could face redundancy.
It has been revealed 39 posts at the Hughes warehouse in Lowestoft are at risk.
Last week, several people contacted this paper saying they had been informed the Hughes warehouse on the Oulton Industrial Estate on Mobbs Way will be closing down later this year.
Three whistleblowers said staff were not given a reason why, but were told not to tell anyone on social media. The informants feared "most staff will be laid off," including those working in admin, installation and refurbishment.

A spokesperson for the company said a 30-day collective consultation period with some 39 staff from the depot will begin on Monday, May 20.
The spokesperson added: "This is part of an overall review of how we operate at that site.
"Until that process is completed any further comment will be pure speculation."

The whistleblowers said promises have been made to relocate staff but the nearest depot from Lowestoft is either in Norwich or Ipswich.
It is also claimed the London Road North branch will be closing later this year before relocating to the soon-to-close Poundland unit in North Quay Industrial Park.
The Hughes Spokesperson neither confirmed nor denied the alleged relocation.
