A family has hit out at amusement park bosses after being stung with £300 in car park fines from a theme park.
Sheila and Clive Digby went on a day out to Pleasurewood Hills in Lowestoft with their son, daughter and their five grandchildren.
They have been visiting the park for years because their grandchildren really enjoy it.
It cost them more than £200 for the group to enter the site but they didn't mind as it was "fun for the kids" and a treat.
The family took three cars to Pleasurewood Hills so everybody had enough room on the journey from Harleston.

Days after their jaunt, three letters arrived, each with a £100 penalty charge notice for each car.
It follows other visitors to the attraction complaining about receiving parking fines in the post after visiting there after new fees were introduced.
"We've been bringing the family here for years and there has never been a fee to park," Mrs Digby said.
"Had we known I would of course happily pay the £3 or whatever it is to park, but it's astonishing that the £300 in fines is so much more than the entry.
"It feels disingenuous, the signage is inadequate and almost designed to catch the visitor out. We won’t be visiting again."

Mr and Mrs Digby have since complained to Pleasurewood Hills which told them there are 30 signs on display in the car park about the need to pay.
"I find it staggering that six adults have missed the signs which are said to be on show in the car park," Mrs Digby said.
"When we went into the booth to go through, none of the staff checked with us that we had paid either.
"The only comfort I can take is that we are not the only people to have been unexpectedly fined for parking at Pleasurewood Hills."

A Pleasurewood Hills spokesperson had said: "Whilst there has been some negativity surrounding the introduction of parking charges at the park it is important to remember that we have welcomed thousands of guests since its introduction the vast majority of whom have had no issue.
"Chargeable parking was introduced and enforced from May 30, 2024, however, our parking provider installed extensive signage upon entering the car park and throughout from May 1, 2024.
"Our website was updated with parking information and booking confirmation e-mails and tickets issued when booking online also advise customers of the parking charges and the process for this, which includes the option to pay at our admission booths or reception upon entering the park or via the RingGo App."
