A rollercoaster at Pleasurewood Hills ground to a halt this afternoon leaving thrillseekers stuck on the ride.
Wipeout, which is described as the region's largest rollercoaster, stopped just before 2pm while being enjoyed by a group of schoolchildren visiting on a summer term trip.
A spokesman for Pleasurewood Hills said: "At 1.52pm today we experienced a temporary stoppage on Wipeout.
"Our maintenance team was on hand and worked hard to return guests to the station so they could disembark.

"This was completed in under 22 minutes.
"It is important to note that the ride safety system functioned in the way it is designed to do and at no point were any guests at risk."
Wipeout reaches speeds of 50mph and sends riders through loops travelling forwards and backwards.
It is the last remaining Vekoma Boomerang in the UK.
