Impressive apartments at the site of a former doctor's surgery have failed to sell at auction, despite interest from companies working at Sizewell and in the wind industry.
The Victorian property in a Lowestoft was due to be sold when it was auctioned off earlier this month.
Marketed by Auction House East Anglia, the seven-bed terraced house at 364 London Road South, Kirkley, was due to be sold on a freehold tenure at an online auction on July 24 with a minimum guide price of £350,000 to £375,000 plus fees.
Formerly the ground floor of the building was used as a doctor's surgery, before being changed to residential, as the property was divided into three self-contained flats.
The auctioneers said there had been interest in the property from companies working on the Sizewell C project and windfarms locally, who need accommodation for their workers.
But the bids did not quite hit the reserve price.
