KELSEY NEIL Passed away at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital on March 16th, 2023, aged 79 years. Much loved and sadly missed by all his friends. The funeral is taking place on Friday, April 14th at 3 p.m. at Waveney Crematorium, Beccles.
