The draw is both seeded and regionalised and includes all Championship, League One and League Two sides with the exception of Burnley and Hull City - who both receive a bye through to the second round as the highest-placed relegated clubs from the Premier League.

The Canaries have been seeded in the south section of the draw. It means their opponents will come from one of 20 unseeded clubs in the south section.
