Staff and residents at a care home have been getting into the festive spirit by hosting its first post-pandemic Christmas extravaganza.
Oulton Park Care Centre opened its doors with the community enjoying a special festive event at the home on Union Lane, Oulton Broad.
General manager Sarah Wright said: "This special event has been such a long time coming after all everyone has been through the last few years and it has been so good to be getting back to a ‘normal’ festive season.
"We’ve certainly missed it!"
The day included a variety of festive stalls, delicious food, a Santa’s Grotto, entertainment from Darrin Sings, the local Brownies and a prize raffle that included a family ticket to the Nutcracker at the Seagull Theatre in Pakefield.
Doreen, a resident at Oulton Park, added: "What a day - we all had a great time together with our families and it was lovely to be able to welcome so many of our friends from the community too!"
Oulton Park Care Centre is run by Barchester Healthcare, one of the UK’s largest care providers.
