Motorists are being warned they could face disruption as parts of four roads are temporarily closed with traffic diverted for a week.
Suffolk County Council will be carrying out works next month on four sections of roads in Lowestoft.
Road closures and diversion routes will be in force for the overnight works that will last a week between 8pm on January 16 and 6am on January 21.
According to the Suffolk Roadworks map "delays are likely" as the work is carried out on the A1144 Normanston Drive, A1144 St Peters Street, on Rotterdam Road and Minden Road all in Lowestoft.
The "carriageway resurfacing" works will take place overnight with temporary road closures and diversions in place each evening from 8pm to 6am the following morning.
The works on Normanston Drive will take place "from roundabout with Rotterdam Road to Northgate junction", as the works on St Peters Street are carried out "from roundabout with Rotterdam Road to Minden Road junction."
The works on Rotterdam Road take place "from Marham Road junction to Hill Road junction" with the Minden Road works carried out from "from St Peters Street junction to Hill Road junction."
