A house in Lowestoft has appeared on the BBC show Homes Under The Hammer.
The show highlighted a bungalow in the seaside town that was said to be a "stress-free refurb".
The property is two miles from Lowestoft town centre and just half a mile from the seafront.
The property went to auction with a guide price of £200,000 and was brought by serial property developer James for £210,000 after fees.
This was James's second appearance after taking on a former butcher's shop also in Lowestoft.

James planned an almost full renovation in just three months with a new kitchen, bathroom, rewire and more. The for all the refurb was budgeted to cost £25,000.
Host Tommy Walsh revisited the property five months later where the property had been transformed.
The developer has gone slightly over budget spending £27,000 on the bungalow but said he was in no rush to complete the property after a dip in the market.
A local estate agent revalued the property at £285,000 giving Tommy a £28,000 profit making it one of the show's success stories.
The show aired on BBC One at 11.15am this morning (December 5).
