A long serving pet shop, close to a town centre, is due to be auctioned off.
The mixed use property on Bevan Street East in Lowestoft - which "has been a pet shop for many years" - is set to come up for auction once more.
The shop with "deceptively large accommodation" at 116 Bevan Street East had failed to sell and went "unsold" at a previous online property auction in November - but now it is due to be auctioned off next month.
Marketed by Auction House East Anglia once more, the mixed use property is due to be sold at an online auction in February with a minimum guide price of £80,000 to £100,000 plus fees.
For sale by auction, the mixed use property is once again being sold on a freehold tenure as it is set to go under the hammer on February 7.
The property description from the auctioneers states: "A freehold shop with deceptively large accommodation located in a prime retail area, with rear access to private enclosed parking.
"The ground floor shop has over 1500sq ft of space including rear garaging and parking.
"There is a dry basement and numerous storage areas.
"The shop has been a pet shop for many years but is to be sold with vacant possession.
"This high footfall location could be used for a variety of alternative uses or developments (subject to planning).
"The property is being sold freehold subject to the sale of the first floor flat which has been sold on a long lease with a ground rent income of £150 pa."
According to the auctioneers, the ground floor features a "main shop and retail areas, storage rooms, kitchen/staff area, w.c" with the first floor "sold on a 999 year lease subject to a ground rent income of £150 pa (not inspected)."
