More than 25 agencies are set to provide "valuable insights and support" as a free health and wellbeing event takes centre stage at Lowestoft Library.
Organised by Victoria Road GP Surgery's health and wellbeing coach, Lisa, and care co-ordinator, Sam - a 'One Stop Health & Wellbeing Event' will be held at Lowestoft Library from 10am to 4pm today (Monday, January 8).
A variety of stalls providing information and showcasing services will see 28 outside agencies on board for the "one day community event that is free and open to all."
Private consultation rooms, blood pressure and health checks will be on offer with a range of services to "help individuals find the right kind of support and services" available.
