Thieves stole three chainsaws after targeting a van in an early morning raid.
Police are seeking witnesses and are appealing for information in connection with the theft from a van in Lowestoft.
A police spokesman said: "The van parked in Bittern Green was entered sometime between 2am and 2.15am on Tuesday, May 7.
"Three chainsaws were stolen from inside."
Information about this theft should be directed to Suffolk Police quoting crime reference number 37/25914/24 via 101.
