A custom built yacht that "needs completion" is set to be auctioned off next month.
People have the chance to own a yacht and even live on it as it is set to go under the hammer.
The steel hulled 60ft yacht that is "needing fitting out" is being marketed by Auction House East Anglia.
The yacht is due to be sold at an online auction on Wednesday, June 12 with a guide price of £15,000 to £25,000 plus fees.
The property description from the auctioneers states the house boat is currently based in dry dock at Brooke Business and Industrial Park in Heath Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft.
It states: "This custom built 60ft yacht comes with many fittings including Perkins diesel engine, navigation equipment and masts but now needs completion.
"It has never been in the water and is currently in dry dock.
"It potentially sleeps nine or 10 persons and could be a highly desirable live on boat or yacht for recreational use.
"The original layout includes a wheelhouse, galley kitchen, snug, master cabin, crew cabin and another cabin."
With a shower, it adds: "The internal arrangement has been partly formed."
