A custom-built 60ft yacht has been sold at auction.
The vessel, which could become a house boat, sold for £19,500 at an auction last week.
Currently based in dry dock at Brooke Business and Industrial Park in Heath Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, the steel-hulled 60ft yacht was marketed by Auction House East Anglia.
Described as "needing fitting out" the yacht went under the hammer at an online auction on Wednesday, June 12 with a guide price of £15,000 to £25,000 plus fees.
The property description from the auctioneers said: "This custom built 60ft yacht comes with many fittings including Perkins diesel engine, navigation equipment and masts but now needs completion.
"It has never been in the water and is currently in dry dock.
"It potentially sleeps nine or 10 persons and could be a highly desirable live on boat or yacht for recreational use.
"The original layout includes a wheelhouse, galley kitchen, snug, master cabin, crew cabin and another cabin."
With a shower, it adds: "The internal arrangement has been partly formed."
A spokesman for Auction House East Anglia said the yacht sold for £19,500.
