A town library has been temporarily closed amid a fault with a sewer pipe.
With the customer toilets at Lowestoft Library out of service on Sunday, the site was closed earlier today (Monday).
An issue with the sewer pipe has meant that currently "none of the library's toilets can be used" - so the facility has been forced to close temporarily.
A Suffolk Libraries spokesman said the library on Clapham Road South, Lowestoft "will be closed for the rest of today" (Monday) as they await an engineer.
The spokesman said: "We’ve closed the site temporarily whilst we wait for an engineer to assess the issue and advise - but the library will be closed for the rest of today.
"We will let everyone know when we're able to open the library again but won't know more until the engineer has visited.
"We, of course, apologise to our customers for the inconvenience whilst the library is temporarily closed."
