And next week a former doctor's surgery is set to go under the hammer.

A vacant seven bedroom property that is "divided into three substantial apartments" has hit the market and is now for sale.

The seven-bed terraced house at 364 London Road South in Kirkley, Lowestoft is set to be auctioned off this month.

Formerly the ground floor of the building was used as a doctor's surgery, before being changed to residential, as the vacant property is now for sale as an online auction takes place next week.

It is set to go under the hammer at an online auction on Wednesday, July 24.

Marketed by Auction House East Anglia, the seven-bed terraced house is due to be sold on a freehold tenure with a guide price of £350,000 to £375,000 plus fees.

The property description for 364 London Road South, Lowestoft from the auctioneers states: "Impressive Victorian property situated south of the river in a desirable area of Lowestoft.

"The property which is vacant is divided into three substantial apartments and has been providing a yield of £58,800 pa.
