Cash was stolen from a car while another vehicle was damaged during separate overnight incidents in Lowestoft.
Police are seeking witnesses and are appealing for information after two parked cars were targeted in the town.
Thieves stole cash from a car after entry was gained to a vehicle parked on Howley Gardens, Lowestoft.
The theft from a car happened at sometime between 6.15pm on Saturday, July 13 and 11.15am on Sunday, July 14.
A police spokesman said: "A small amount of coins were removed from the glovebox.
"Can you help?"
In a separate incident, a car parked on Harp's Close Road, Lowestoft was damaged.
Police said that at sometime overnight on Sunday, July 14 and 8.40am on Monday, July 15 "an unknown person threw a bottle, causing damage to a car windscreen."
Information about either of the incidents should be directed to Suffolk police, quoting crime reference numbers 37/39610/24 or 37/39690/24 respectively via 101.
