A new boxing gym looks set to be created in a unit on a town's business park.
It comes after change of use plans to turn vacant office space into an indoor gym was given the green light.
The scheme at the Mobbs Way Business Park in Oulton, Lowestoft was given the go-ahead last week.
The change of use plans - lodged with East Suffolk Council in May - that were submitted by agents Paul Robinson Partnership (UK) LLP on behalf of the applicant Mr D Brunton for MS Oakes Securities Ltd were permitted under delegated powers.
With the site area measuring 1.86ha (4.59 acres) and the Unit 2 building currently vacant office space, an internal subdivision is proposed to create the new gym space involving the change of use of 59sq m of floor space.
It would see offices at unit 1 and unit 3 of the site, a gym at unit 2 with units 4 and 5 remaining a workshop and storage with offices.
With the site "well served" for parking, there are 106 spaces across the wider estate - with 15 spaces in front of the units themselves.
