Visitors will be offered activities provided by Way to Go Suffolk, Access Sport, and Everyone Active.
These include interactive sessions, fun games, and fitness challenges.
The Royal Green will serve as the spot for live music performances featuring local bands and artists, led by The John Ward Trio.
East Point Pavilion will feature several food and drink traders, offering a wide range of palatable treats.
A day-long DJ performance is also set for the pavilion.
