A traditional Bank Holiday Monday event at a broadside park attracted crowds of hundreds.
Lowestoft Lions Club were delighted with the response after holding their charity fun day event at Nicholas Everitt Park in Oulton Broad, Lowestoft.
Lead organiser for the Lions, Mark Lanham, said: "We are all really pleased by the success of the fun day.
"The weather was very kind and allowed the crowd to enjoy up to seven hours of entertainment in the sunshine."
Jay Rosa kicked off the day with a demonstration of his freestyle football skills - and the fun continued, with something for all ages showcased.
Mr Lanham said: "This included the acclaimed magic, illusion, and escapology of the Van Buren show which was followed by excited children learning circus skills at workshops from the magician himself.
"Later the adults danced and sang along to the fabulous music of the Austin Beats - one of the UK’s top sixties cover bands - who were well supported by the fabulous local singer Tom Tonks.
"The smaller performance area was popular too with younger children as Andy the Clown presented magic, music, dancing and humour.
"There was also a chance to meet the Ghostbusters characters."
Equally pleased with how the event had gone, Lions President Michael Cook added: "Seeing so many happy families enjoying the entertainment in the park has made our day.
"Lowestoft Lions Club has for over 60 years raised monies to support those in need by organising fundraising events and we appreciate the continued support from everyone.
"New members are always welcome, contact us via our Facebook page to find out more.
"This is our main charity event of the year, the proceeds from which go to help less fortunate people as well as good causes locally.
"We consider the fun day to be a great success, making all our efforts worthwhile.
"I would like to thank our organising team and all who supported the event including the entertainers, stallholders and everyone who came."
