Thousands of pounds worth of jewellery has been stolen after six homes were broken into.
Police are urging people to be vigilant after the burglaries in the Lowestoft and Kessingland areas.
A spokesman for Suffolk police said four of the six break ins saw jewellery and other items totalling thousands of pounds being stolen.
Officers believe there is a connection between the thefts.
The incidents are as follows:
- Wash Lane, Kessingland some time between midnight on Saturday, August 17 and 10pm on Sunday, August 18 - crime reference number 37/47027/24
- Priors Close, North Lowestoft sometime between 2pm on Thursday, August 15 and 5.20pm on Wednesday, August 28 - crime reference number 37/48979/24
- Borrow Road, Oulton Broad, Lowestoft, between 9.10pm on Monday, August 26 and 9.15am on Wednesday, August 28 - crime reference 37/48923/24
- St Peter's Street, Lowestoft, between 4.15pm and 11pm on Saturday, September 7 crime reference 37/51037/24
- Airedale, Carlton Colville, Lowestoft sometime between 3.30pm and 10.20pm on Saturday, September 7 crime reference 37/51029/24
- Silverwood Close, Pakefield, Lowestoft, between 10.54 and 10.57pm on Monday, September 9. Crime reference 37/51481/24
Suffolk police are asking anyone with any information to contact them quoting the relevant crime reference number.
