International soloists, a massed choir and a children's chorus will perform Carmina Burana.
The Pakefield Singers have assembled an impressive line-up for a concert on October 26 at Snape Maltings Concert Hall.
Award-winning soprano Liesl Odenweller, baritone Andrew Mayor, and tenor Jeff Stewart will be among the soloists.
A children's choir from Blofield and Corton primary schools will also perform.
The performance will also feature the Argentinian folk mass, Misa Criolla.
The concert will be conducted by Vetta Wise.
Ms Wise said: “I’m thrilled that we will all be experiencing and sharing the glories of these special works.
"All those taking part hold strong beliefs in the beneficial effects of music for physical health and wellbeing, as well as in its ability to bring people together from all walks of life and across the generations.
"This concert will be a true reflection of all those ideals."
The Pakefield Singers will be accompanied by pianists Tim Patient and Terry Cunnane, a five-piece percussion ensemble led by Andrew Weeks, and guitar specialist Richard Whiley.
Tickets are available from brittenpearsarts.org.
