Burglars netted a large quantity of fishing equipment after breaking into the garage of a home in a coastal town.
Police are seeking witnesses and are appealing for information in connection with the garage burglary in north Lowestoft.
The garage of a home on Guscott Close was broken into sometime between 4pm on Friday, October 18 and 7.30am on Saturday, October 19.
A police spokesman said: "A large quantity of fishing equipment was stolen."
Police are also investigating a separate break-in attempt in the Lowestoft area in the early hours of Saturday, October 19.
A police spokesman said: "At approximately 3.26am, an unknown person attempted to open a back gate and garage door in Fordson Way, Carlton Colville."
However they fled empty-handed, after no entry was gained.
