A trench coat-wearing man who hit one boy and racially abused another has sparked a police search for witnesses in a seaside town.
The incident happened in Regent Road, Lowestoft at about 4.30pm on November 18 when a man in his 40s hit a young boy on the arm before racially abusing another.
The perpetrator has been described as white and bald and was wearing a trench coat, jeans and glasses.

Police are now appealing for witnesses.
