The A12 in east Suffolk has reopened in both directions after a lorry crashed into a tree.
Suffolk police said on Twitter the road had been sealed off by police at Darsham, near Saxmundham, shortly after 10am today.
A police spokesman later confirmed a lorry had struck a tree, forcing the single-carriageway road to be shut both ways.
The lorry driver is not believed to have suffered any serious injuries, the spokesman added.
The road reopened by 4.30pm, police later confirmed.
